All sessions are held at Gather, by Kindred Midwifery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology (130 Bennetts Road, Norman Park, QLD 4170) or via telehealth.

There is a small carpark at the rear of the building on Frank Street, or ample street parking on Frank Street or Bennetts Road, near the clinic.

The investment for the Circle of Security Parenting programs is for a full term of 8 weeks, which may be paid per week.

My goal is to provide quality support in a timely manner. When an appointment is scheduled it becomes unavailable to other clients and can be difficult to fill with short notice.

If cancellation is necessary, I ask that you call, text or email in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client to access that appointment time.

If for any reason, an appointment is cancelled without 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the full fee will be charged. If you cancel on the same day as your appointment or fail to attend the appointment at all, 100% of the full fee will be charged.

Unfortunately, because of the nature of the mothers groups, it is not possible to provide refunds or credits for missed sessions.

Committing to something you are not 100% sure about can feel scary in terms of your time and finances. It's important that the Mama Village is the right fit for you. When you attend the Mama Village, you have 3 days to request a refund of the remainder of the 4-week block if you feel the group isn't right for you.

There are a couple of stairs at the entrance of Gather, by Kindred, which make it tricky to bring prams in and out of the doorway. There’s also limited space inside for prams so we ask that you bring your babe in arms, or in a baby carrier. We will support you with your baby in any way we can while you are attending.
